Care Instructions

For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the mat with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dust or spills.

For a more thorough clean, we recommend using our exclusive Sadiekids Play Mat Cleaner, designed to keep your mat fresh, safe, and looking its best.

You can also use a gentle vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 4 parts water) as an alternative.
Always make sure the mat is completely dry before rolling it up or storing it away.

To keep your mat in perfect condition, use a separate cleaning cloth just for your play mat. Using the same cloth for other surfaces may transfer cleaning residues that could affect the mat’s finish. A fresh cloth each time works perfectly too.

Please avoid baby wipes or harsh cleaning products, as these can cause discolouration or surface damage over time.

Shipping & Returns

We ship all over South Africa in 2-4 working days although shipping rates will vary based on product size and weight. Shipping will be calculated a checkout once your order is finalised.

Returns:

Sadiekids has a 7 day return policy. Incorrect use of the play mat and failure to follow care instructions will prevent you from returning the product.

We have ordered a few things from Sadie’s Kids now, and we absolutely love every single product! 🥹💛 Our latest additions included the Jolly and Hopscotch Mat, the gorgeous corduroy Arches, Stepping Stones and Building Blocks, and they have made such a beautiful addition to Emmy Willow’s little playroom. They have honestly made the space feel even more fun, cosy and aesthetic! ✨ Of course, I had to order all the Willow-themed items too, because my little girl is named Emmy Willow 🥹 I especially love how soft and engaging everything is. She is already starting to explore, learn new skills and work towards catching up on some of her milestones after a hectic and ongoing medical journey. Watching her slowly grow in confidence and discover new things has been so special. 🥹💛 We are honestly so happy with everything we’ve received. The quality is beautiful, everything is so thoughtfully designed, and it has been such a lovely addition to Emmy’s little space. Definitely some of our favourite playroom purchases! 💛✨
